Exercise

The boys are always asking to exercise with us.  Chip can't wait for them to do a triathlon with him...he will swim, Rainey will ride the bike and Aden will run.

Rainey is racing Chip after he came home from a long ride.  Aden is holding up the rear by running and wearing his helmet.  He still isn't interested in learning to ride his bike.

Future Crossfitters...time for wall balls.
