Halloween

The boys loves our new cat!!  On the far left, you can see a broom and a witch buried in the yard.  It took several days for Aden to realize this was just a decoration and a real witch was not buried there.  It didn't help that Chip told him she was coming to get her cat and crashed into the yard...hahahaha

We dressed up for Howl-o-ween and the whole family (including Heidi) went to the festival.  It was a great time!

Later that night, we went to a Halloween party where Rainey bobbed for apples.

One rides, one runs

Rainey loves to ride his bike on our street.  Aden, on the other hand, will not touch his bike.  He tells us he's a runner...he likes to run and he runs fast!  Here he is running on the sidewalk chasing Rainey.

Dewberry Farms

Every year, we go to Dewberry Farms.  This visit was with my Moms' Group.  Next week, Rainey is going on his first school field trip and we get to go back to Dewberry Farms.  He is going to be so excited!

Texas Bridge Series

A few months ago, I signed up for the Texas Bridge Series which includes three races across bridges.  In September, I ran a 10k over the Kemah Bridge.  Last weekend, Chip and I both ran a 10k over the Galveston Bridge (Oma and Opa were in town so they babysat the boys and Chip ran with me).  In December, I will run a half marathon over the La Porte Bridge as my final race.
